As a good friend of mine here in the DC area said, “Summer left like it owed someone money.” It has rained cats and dogs, the dark is seeping in earlier, and that’s besides the fact that the angry gnome known as Vladimir Putin is casting a nuclear shadow over this world I love. With all of that in mind, here’s an easy recipe you guys can occupy yourselves with instead of doomscrolling the news in the morning. I’ve been giving it a go lately, and it’s certainly been beneficial to me.
You will need:
— 8-ounce ramekins. Have as many on handy as you need eggs to bake.
— Fresh eggs.
